“Ace did a fabulous job on our entire downstairs. This project involved extensive water remediation in 2 separate areas, sub floor needed to be removed and replaced, concrete needed to be sealed and new flooring “patch” matched perfectly. We changed to stain with a lighter finish and this updated our 21 year old flooring. Manny was great to get us boards with new stain options and project was done on time and any change from original quote was explained up front by Mark, the owner. Ace originally installed these hardwood floors during house construction and so satisfied with them. Do yourself a favor and choose a full service Hardwood Floor company, definitely worth the cost.”

“We thought that we had decided the coloring for our mesquite floor, but the folks at Ace were very helpful during the installation. We have a very elaborate brick fireplace and we were offered sawing a half inch gap in the bricks or caulking along the mesquite and boards after installation. With hesitation, we selected the saw option and the results were outstanding. The installer was very skillful in carefully sawing the brick and cutting the mesquite boards to fit within the cut.
We had our minds set on bleaching the wood, but the installer recommended just sealing and putting some urethane on samples to see the true beauty of the wood. We changed our minds and could not be more happy with the final look. They are a wonderful group, who we highly recommend. ”
