Our Old Growth and Local Mesquite lumber is kiln dried to 8–12% moisture content and contains less than 10% sap wood. Our bulk stock material is 4"-8" random width and 4'-7' random length. In the thicknesses below, other sizes are available by special order.

The ½" flooring has an average length of 32" and an extra thick sandable surface while our ¾" flooring has an average length of 42" and an extra thick sandable surface.
